We’re excited you’re here! As you can see, things look a little different than they did before. For 2020, we’ve taken some time to do a little housekeeping, and come up with a more modern look for PRONETS.
New Name
You may notice we have a new name: PRONETS Web & App Solutions.
Why Web & App Solutions? In working with our clients, we have found that building an online brand in 2020 can be more than just having a great website. In some cases, you need to be on Facebook, or Twitter, or Linkedin. In others, you might even need to be on your audience’s phone.
We updated our brand to reflect that. PRONETS is not just here to build you a great looking website. We’re also here to help you build your entire online brand. Including a killer mobile app – so you can stay connected with, and provide value to your audience.
What’s New For Existing Customers?
The new website has some great features & resources for our existing customers. For one, we are posting some great marketing tips and resources to our blog. We hope these will help inspire you to reach out and market yourself in new ways! You can see the latest by looking at Whitepapers or Website Tips on the navigation bar.
As well, we have a new Support Center. You can use this page to put in requests for assistance, get to webmail, and find support articles. Another tool we hope will be helpful, is our System Status page. You can find this hosted at: http://status.pronetsweb.com/
Our System Status page will show you the current status of the servers your website is hosted on, a history of service & maintenance events, and the status of your email services.
Finally, earlier in the year we launched a new hosting platform and all of our existing clients have been upgraded now. You can read more about that here.
